Our Cool Beginning
Zion Water Ice is a Jacksonville food truck established in 2024, serving refreshing water ice, lemonade, and nachos while mentoring teens aged 13 to 17. We officially rolled out in 2025, turning a simple truck into a moving classroom where youth learn customer service skills, communication, and confident money handling.
Fueling Futures
Every shift on the truck is a real-world training session. Teens greet guests, practice patience in busy lines, and count cash under close guidance. They see how hard work, respect, and accuracy turn into happy customers and future opportunities, which helps them feel ready for jobs, college, or their own businesses later.
Certified And Trusted
Our Food Service License, Health Inspection Certificate, and Mobile Vending Permit keep safety locked in while our teens learn.
