Our Cool Beginning

Zion Water Ice is a Jacksonville food truck established in 2024, serving refreshing water ice, lemonade, and nachos while mentoring teens aged 13 to 17. We officially rolled out in 2025, turning a simple truck into a moving classroom where youth learn customer service skills, communication, and confident money handling.
